Comments:

Dallas Harlequins win their 11th straight Gail B.Tennant Cup
as champions of the Texas RFU tournament. Played at Lake
Highlands Park on a windy day, the Quins were down
at halftime by four penalties to an unconverted try by
winger Lenny Sanft.

Starting the second half, Dallas dominated possession with
the wind, and put a quick try on the board by prop Tony
Foliaki, converted by Craig Cherrett to tie the score at 12.

Fom this point on, Dallas controlled the game. Winger Mike
Engelbrecht added a try, converted, and two penalties by
Cherrett with the breeze put Dallas up to stay, 25-12.
Dallas answered with a try following a penalty move 5 meters
out, but Foliaki put the finishing touches on the title and
lay claim to his tournament MVP award with his second try
of the day, and fourth of the tournament.

Harlequins take the first seed in the Western RFU tournament,
and Houston claims the fifth seed.
